Service Description

Toning exercises are physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on musculature. Toned implies leanness in the body (low level of body fat), noticeable muscle definition and shape, but not significant muscle size ("bulk").


Cancellation Policy

Personal or group training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
